President, CEO and Chairman of ValueRich Inc. Joseph Visconti brings extensive experience in the investment banking business. As the founder and former principal of Joseph Charles & Associates, Mr. Visconti was responsible for raising a total of more than $250 million in capital for over 26 public and private companies over the last decade. Most recently, Mr. Visconti provided advisory services for several private placements and executed ValueRich, Inc.'s own Direct Public Offering in August 2007. ValueRich, Inc. currently trades under the symbol "IVA" on the NYSE Alternext USA Exchange.
