Joseph Visconti
President, CEO and Chairman of ValueRich Inc.

Joseph ViscontiMr. Visconti has extensive experience in the development and management of both public and private companies. In 1991, Mr. Visconti founded Joseph Charles & Associates, Inc., a NASD securities firm focused on the retail brokerage business for individual and institutional clients. Under Mr. Visconti's leadership, Joseph Charles & Assoc. grew to a staff of 400 professionals spanning 10 U.S. cities and emerged as a regional leader in the funding of small cap companies. In addition to driving Joseph Charles & Assoc.'s internal growth, Mr. Visconti oversaw the firm's investment banking business, which was responsible for raising a total of more than $250 million in capital for over 26 public and private companies. In November 2000, Joseph Charles & Assoc. closed as Mr. Visconti focused his efforts on building a multi-media platform for companies seeking to go public and/or raise capital and connect with investors.

Milton BarbaroshMr. Barbarosh is concurrently president of Stenton Leigh Group, Inc. (SLG), a full service financial advisory company with merchant banking capability, which he founded in 1989. SLG is experienced in mergers and acquisitions (M&As), divestitures, public offerings, performing business valuations and fairness opinions, and implementing corporate turnarounds, in addition to making select principal investments. Mr. Barbarosh is also a director and officer to various private and public companies.

Prior to SLG, Mr. Barbarosh was CEO of JW Charles Group, Inc., a holding company that included a real estate broker, a 200-person NYSE securities brokerage firm, and a full service investment banking group with combined annual gross transactions of over $1.75 billion. Previously Mr. Barbarosh managed M&As for the Royal Bank of Canada and Ernest & Young (formerly Clarkson Gordon) and was an audit senior accountant for KPMG Peat Marwick (formerly Thorne Riddell & Co.). Mr. Barbarosh has earned many distinctions, including Certified Public Accountant; Member of the Fellow Canadian Institute of Chartered Bankers (FICB); Member of the Canadian Association of Chartered Business Valuators (CBV); and Chartered Accountant Member in Ontario and Quebec. He received his MBA in International Finance from York University; a Graduate Dipolma in Accounting from McGill University; and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
